The plant is considered to be by far the most nutrient-rich plant of all. What should be emphasized here is the high number of amino acids, as 18 of 20 known essential amino acids could be detected in the leaves. These cannot be produced independently by the human organism, but are an important component for the transport of oxygen in the body, the ability to concentrate and many important brain functions.
Recommended dosage:
1 - 4 capsules daily (max. 2g.)
The capsule shell is made of vegetable cellulose and is suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
