This yoga cushion allows for an upright yet relaxed meditation posture and is particularly suitable for meditation in the cross-legged position (Sukhasana), Burmese pose (Siddhasana), or half lotus position (Ardha Padmasana).
The Zafu meditation cushion features a printed cotton cover with pleats. The cover is non-removable. If needed, you can remove the filling using the zipper under the carrying strap.
