The Zafu ECO is made of 100% organic cotton and filled with organic spelt husks . This natural filling provides even weight distribution and adapts perfectly to your posture. The cushion does not have a separate insert or a removable cover , but does have a hidden zipper opening in the pleat , allowing for individual adjustment of the seat height.
