Information on Ayurvedic powders (Churnam):
In Ayurveda, various powder preparations play an important role.
Some, for example, consist only of a single root that has been cleaned, ground, and dried, while other Churnams consist of a combination of different plants, right up to the most complex recipes.
Often, the Churnams are further processed or are part of a larger recipe.
