Red Lentils Organic 500g
Red lentils are very popular in Ayurvedic diets due to their easy digestibility and abundant nutrients.
To enhance their benefits, they are often mixed with spices such as ginger, turmeric, cumin and coriander in Ayurvedic cuisine. They are often made and served as an accompaniment to rice or flatbread in soups, stews or dal dishes.
Due to their quick cooking process and creamy texture, they are also suitable for vegan or vegetarian spreads and dips.
