Ashwagandha root tea (Indian ginseng/sleepberry )
Ashwagandha has been used as a natural adaptogen for thousands of years. The Hindu name is “Asgandh”, which can be translated as horse sweat. It is therefore said to give the strength of a horse and an alert mind. The plant is becoming increasingly popular due to its strengthening and calming effects!
Tea dosage:
Boil 1 - 2 teaspoons with 1/4 liter of water for 10 minutes.
