Our Zafu ECO with spelt filling is a traditional meditation cushion with a wide seat and pleats. We recommend it especially for traditional meditation techniques practiced in Yoga, Mahayana, Hinayana, or Zen Buddhism. It is ideal for sitting with your legs crossed, such as Sukhasana (Cross-legged Pose), Siddhasana (Full-Legged Pose), or Half Lotus Pose.
The Zafu ECO meditation cushion features a 100% organic cotton cover and organic spelt husk filling. The cushion has no inner lining and no removable cover. If you want to adjust the seat height of your cushion, you can do so using the zipper hidden in a pleat.
