For optimal development of the turmeric, we recommend preparing it as "Golden Milk" : simply boil the tea bag in milk (100 °C) and then let it steep for at least 5 minutes . Enjoy the tea and let yourself be inspired by the subtle message "Soothing warmth of the sun".
