Triphala capsules
Triphala, also known as the three fruits, is considered the most important nutritional supplement and the most important rasayana in Ayurveda. It consists of equal parts of the three fruits: amalaki (Indian gooseberry), haritaki (pine myrobalan), and bibhitaki (green myrobalan). Amalaki primarily calms Pitta, haritaki primarily harmonizes Vata, and bibhitaki primarily pacifies Kapha. The combination of the three fruits balances all doshas.
Classic Ayurveda's Triphala herbal tablets use only the highest quality fruits (Amalaki, Haritaki, and Bibhitaki), which are dried at low temperatures (below 42°C). Compared to the usual air-drying process, this is a more gentle method, as the natural plant compounds are better preserved. The fruits are then ground into powder. The powder contained in the tablets complies with the guidelines for raw food products and was specially produced for Amla Natur GmbH.
