Himalayan crystal salt has a balancing effect on all three doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). Himalayan Crystal Salt is a natural, unrefined, unbleached, crystalline salt.
The manually mined salt is transported from the salt mine in large chunks and then selected by hand. Particular care is taken to ensure that only the best quality is supplied to the following operations. Each individual crystal is carefully washed with pure spring water and then dried in the sun. The Himalayan crystal salt is painstakingly crushed by hand and then selected again. Some is gently ground in a stone mill
