Himalayan crystal salt has a balancing effect on all three doshas (vata, pitta and kapha). It is a natural, unrefined, unbleached, crystalline salt.
The manually mined salt is transported from the salt mine in large chunks and then selected by hand. Particular attention is paid to ensuring that only the best quality is used in the subsequent processing steps. Each individual crystal is carefully washed with pure spring water and then dried in the sun. The Himalayan crystal salt is then crushed by hand and then selected again. Part of it is gently ground with a stone mill.
