Mild Curry Paste Organic 175g
Mild Indian curry paste with selected spices for the preparation of authentic vegetable curries, rice and dal dishes.
Application: Fry the vegetables and/or poultry or meat with onions and fresh ginger in ghee. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of the mild curry paste per serving and simmer until cooked. For a more intense flavor, you can marinate the vegetables, meat or tofu in the curry paste overnight. For a creamy sauce, you can add creme fraiche, cream cheese or coconut cream as desired and simmer or let everything steep for a few minutes. Serve the curry with rice.
