Warming Ayurvedic Tea to Harmonize Vata and for a Mindful Break
The Vata Tea (Shamani) from Midgard Kalari, available in the Mana Shop, is a traditional Ayurvedic spice and herb blend with selected herbs, roots, and spices. The harmoniously balanced recipe was specifically developed according to Ayurvedic principles and is traditionally used to harmonize the Vata-Dosha.
The aromatic blend of cumin, coriander, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, mace, cloves, ashwagandha, lemongrass, and fennel creates a pleasantly spicy, gently warming tea that is ideal for a daily tea break.
Especially on cool days or during periods of increased stress, Vata Tea is a soothing companion and can be enjoyed unsweetened.
