Due to its round zafu shape with gussets , the cushion is particularly well-suited for the tailor's pose (Sukhasana) , Burmese pose (Siddhasana) , and half lotus pose (Ardha Padmasana) . It helps to slightly raise the pelvis, straighten the spine, and allow for longer periods of comfortable sitting.
