With its classic, round shape without wrinkles, it offers a stable base for a variety of sitting positions . The filling made from spelt husks (organic) ensures a comfortable and individually adjustable seating experience . Using the zipper, you can remove or refill the filling as needed to optimize the seat height .
Ideal for various meditation postures
Thanks to the slightly raised sitting position and the small seat, the cushion is particularly suitable for the diamond seat with the legs bent backwards. However, it is also perfect for other sitting positions such as the cross-legged position (Sukhasana) , the full seat (Siddhasana) or the half lotus position .
Easy-care and durable
The pillow cover is made of 100% organic cotton and can be machine washed at 30°C , making the pillow particularly easy to care for. A practical handle makes it easy to transport, and thanks to the removable cover, the pillow always remains hygienic.
