Our Arriba Nacional cacao is a true heirloom of Ecuadorian cacao and makes up only 1% of the country's production. With floral and spicy aromas and a complex flavor profile, this cacao is exceptional in its quality. Arriba Nacional cacao has a traditional production method that differs from modern GMO cacaos, which, while more homogeneous and higher-yielding, are significantly less complex in taste and nutritional value.

Our cacao comes from the Manabí province on the banks of the Portoviejo River, where ancient cacao trees still preserve the aromatic heritage of traditional cultivation. This historic cacao is harvested sustainably and offers a distinctive taste experience deeply connected to the region.
