Vata spice herbal tea
This aromatic tea (loose) is Vata lowering.
Ingredients:
Cumin, coriander, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, mace, clove, ashwaganda, lemongrass, fennel
Preparation:
Bring the spice-herbal tea to the boil with water (1/2 teaspoon per large cup of water), strain and sweeten with honey.
