Vata spice herbal tea
This mixture of various herbs, barks and roots has a very harmonizing effect on the entire organism. The tea preparation tastes quite good even unsweetened, has a regulating effect on the intestines and circulation and reduces increased Vata, promotes detoxification via the intestines and helps with sluggish Vata.
Ingredients:
Cumin, coriander, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, mace, clove, ashwagandha, lemongrass, fennel
Preparation:
Boil the spice-herb tea with the water (1/2 teaspoon per large cup of water), strain and sweeten with honey.
