According to Ayurvedic understanding, Trikatu stimulates catabolism and thus reduces deposits and mucus. It can also be used very well as an additive to oils in the case of a lack of Pitta and accumulated Kapha in the skin or tissue (fat tissue) (i.e. for insensitive, oily, cold skin).
Ingredients:
ginger, black pepper, long pepper (pippali)
