Description
Tahini with sea salt is a versatile puree consisting of whole, low-temperature roasted and finely ground sesame seeds and 1.6% sea salt. Roasting gives us better flavor and significantly reduces humidity, which is necessary for good preservation. Sesame is known for its high nutritional value: it is a source of protein, rich in fiber, has an extremely high content of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and iron, is rich in selenium and a source of potassium.
