A delicious breakfast porridge from the tradition of Ayurveda - prepared in just a few minutes. Ayurveda recommends a light, warm meal at the beginning of the day to provide morning vital energy. Sweet fruits such as mulberries, cranberries, pomegranate and Ayurvedic spices are finely tailored to the dynamic Pitta type and promote balance and harmony throughout the day.

Application:
Briefly bring a portion (approx. 80g) to the boil in approx. 300 ml of water, put the lid on and simmer over low heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, Sharkara sugar, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.
