Pitta spice herbal tea
This mixture of various herbs, barks and roots has a very harmonizing effect on the entire organism. The tea preparation tastes quite good even unsweetened, cools and cleanses the blood, improves blood formation, gently stimulates all agnis, promotes detoxification and supports a variety of other functions.
Ingredients:
Sarsaparilla, Red Sandalwood, Ramacam, Coriander, Karingali, Pademukham, Ginger, Black Cumin, Liquorice
Preparation:
Boil the spice-herb tea with the water (1/2 teaspoon per large cup of water) and strain.
