Unlike other substances, calcium cannot be produced by the body itself. It must therefore be obtained through food.
CALCIO CARE is made from carefully sourced raw materials according to an original Ayurvedic recipe. Broken pieces of red precious coral (Corallium rubrum) are carefully collected and cleaned and processed using methods that are thousands of years old. No valuable, living coral from coral reefs is harmed in the process. Maritime calcium is combined with Ayurvedic herbs and fruits (Amalaki/Amla) during the manufacturing process and refined into a synergy.

Ingredients: The lowest/highest recommended daily intake (2/4 tablets) contains the following ingredients:
- Emblica officinalis (Amalaki) 435/871 mg
- Corallium rubrum (coral) 217/435 mg
- Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi) 272/544 mg
- Phyllanthus niruri 54/109 mg
- starch (corn/gluten-free)
- release agent magnesium salts of fatty acids
- release agent talc
Recommended dosage: 1-2 tablets twice daily about 1/2 hour before breakfast and dinner with warm water.
The lowest/highest recommended daily intake (2/4 tablets) contains: Calcium 191/382 mg (24/48% of the reference amount).
