Red rice
Red Navara rice is a special, natural, nutty whole grain rice with a reddish-brown color that has been cultivated in India for thousands of years and, according to Ayurveda, has particularly valuable properties.
Application:
Bring to the boil briefly in 2.5 times the amount of lightly salted water and cover and simmer over medium heat for about 50 minutes. Our tip: Similar to lentils, rice can also be soaked in water beforehand (e.g. overnight). This reduces the cooking time to a few minutes.
