Marmani - Guliga
Marmani-Guliga is a bandage with Ayurvedic herbal paste developed by the South Indian Kalari fighters. It is used effectively to treat bruises, inflammations (eg tendonitis), painful joints (eg gout) and bone fractures. "Marmani" means that it acts on the Marma points.
