Together Health Lion's Mane capsules contain two extracts of Hericium erinaceus. A concentrated 20:1 dual extract is combined with a 1:1 fruiting body extract. Both are made exclusively from organic mushroom fruiting bodies. The plant-based capsule shell is made of cellulose; the product is vegan.

Understanding the extract quantity
2 capsules contain 460 mg of 20:1 dual extract and 540 mg of 1:1 fruiting body extract. Together this is 1,000 mg of extract per daily serving. The manufacturer gives an equivalent of 9,740 mg of dried mushrooms. This raw material equivalent is not the amount of extract present and is not the amount in one capsule.
Suggested use
2 capsules daily, with or without food. According to the manufacturer, those who cannot swallow capsules may open the shell and mix the contents into food or drinks. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
