Organic cumin
Cumin (cumin, jeera) is one of the most typical and popular spices in Ayurvedic cuisine. Its flavor (rasa) is pungent and sweet, and its potency (virya) is heating. Cumin reduces Vata and Kapha. According to Ayurvedic understanding, cumin strengthens Agni.

Guna (property): dry/ruksha, light/laghu, quick, sharp/tikshna
