Depending on the phase of my cycle, I'm just as mischievous as I write: I love fire, forest and cocoa. When I'm not dealing with menstrual issues, you can find me outside in nature. I am a menstrual expert and experienced cycle course organizer. Over 700 women have already taken part in my courses. My first book is a refreshingly readable instruction manual for cyclical living - and not just for women. Many men are extremely open and interested; they often even perceive the cycle much more naturally than women.
