Silk gloves
The dry massage with silk gloves, known as “Garshan”, is recommended in Ayurveda to gently stimulate the connective tissue. It stimulates metabolism and blood circulation and supports lymphatic drainage. Garshan promotes the breakdown of Ama and the reduction of Kapha.
The gentle peeling effect removes dead skin cells thoroughly and gently. Garshan dry massages are performed in the morning before the shower. Material: Natural silk, unbleached, chemical-free Washing instructions: Hand wash with a wool-silk detergent at 30 degrees or in the wool/silk program of the washing machine. Rinse thoroughly and hang up dripping wet. Warm iron as needed. Size: for medium to large hands
