Ayurveda massage oil
The Eladi Keram oil is based on coconut oil and Ela (cardamom). It has a cooling property and is a wonderful oil for skin care and skin problems. Cardamom is an expectorant and also gently reduces Kapha. Also a very good head oil for high Pitta.
Ingredients:
Coconut oil, coconut water, Valeriana wallichii (Indian valerian|Tagara), Boswelilia serrata (frankincense|Shallaki), Callicarpa macrophylla (beautiful fruits|Priyangu), Commiphora mukul (balsam tree resin|Guggulu), Coleus zeylanicus (Hribera), Taxus baccata (yew), Cedrus deodora (Himalayan cedar|Devadaru), Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom|Ela), Myristica fragrans (nutmeg|jatiphala), Curcuma zedoaria (white turmeric|Karchura), Costus speciosus (sweet root|Gadakhya), Pistia terebinthus (turpentine tree), Cinnamomun zeylanicum ( Cinnamon| Tvak), Mesua ferrea (Iron tree| Nagakeshara), Crocus sativus (Saffron| Kunkuma)
