True chamomile, or chamomile blue, belongs to a family of plants with over 200 species of chamomile. Even in ancient times, real chamomile was valued as a medicinal plant and it has not lost its importance to this day. It protects against excessive tension. Real chamomile is a gentle and harmonizing oil, especially for children who suffer from sensory overload.
Applications:
Chamomile blue mixes well with bergamot, grapefruit, lavender, geranium, lemon balm and cardamom.
For a “tummy-comfortable” compress, mix blue chamomile with orange, honey and almond oil.
