Organic chopped curry leaves
The leaves of the Indian curry tree (surabhinimba) are popular for their spicy, fresh aroma in rice, dal, and other vegetarian dishes. In addition to cooking, curry leaves can also be brewed as a tea. Incidentally, the leaves have nothing to do with the familiar spice "curry," which refers to a mixture of spices.
Curry leaves are particularly popular in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine. According to Ayurveda, they strengthen the Agni.
