Organic prickly pear seed oil by Comptoir des Huiles
This cold-pressed prickly pear seed oil is a plant-based facial care oil with a single ingredient. It is extracted from the seeds of Opuntia stricta. The fruit comes from the Androy region of Madagascar. Use the oil as a separate care step or alongside your usual facial care.
Composition and production
INCI: Opuntia stricta Seed Oil. The seeds are cold-pressed. According to the manufacturer, the oil comes from organic cultivation and is certified by Ecocert under the COSMOS standard. It is a seed oil, not an essential fragrance oil.
How to use the facial oil
For the dropper version, the manufacturer recommends 3–6 drops as a stand-alone care step: warm between the hands and apply to the face with circular movements. Before your usual cream, 3–5 drops are suggested. Adjust the amount to your skin's needs. Drop counts are not instructions for dosing the roller.
Roller and dropper bottles
Choose a 15 ml roller, 30 ml dropper or 50 ml dropper bottle. The roller provides a compact format, while the dropper allows drop-by-drop dispensing. The supplied contents depend on your selected variant.
