mustard oil
taste and properties
This native mustard oil impresses with its nutty and buttery taste with a slight cabbage flavor. The wonderful golden-yellow color gives your dishes an appealing look. In contrast to hot mustard oils, which are made from black or brown mustard seeds, this oil is mild because it is made from white or yellow mustard seeds.
health benefits
After pressing, the mustard oil hardly contains any of the essential mustard oils that are responsible for the sharp taste. It is rich in monounsaturated oleic acid and contains a small amount of saturated fatty acids. Around 20% of the fatty acids it contains are polyunsaturated fatty acids, half of which are omega-6 and half omega-3 fatty acids. These properties support a healthy fat metabolism.
