Ayurvedic Herbal Ferment for Vitality, Resilience and Well-being
Bala Arishtam from Midgards Ayurveda is a traditionally produced Ayurvedic herbal ferment based on the valuable plant Bala (Sida cordifolia). The natural fermentation process makes the plant-based ingredients particularly bioavailable. In Ayurveda, Bala Arishtam has been valued for centuries for supporting physical resilience, general vitality, and the musculoskeletal system.
This traditional herbal elixir contains 12% vol. alcohol, which is exclusively created by natural fermentation. The combination of Bala, cardamom, honey, and sugar cane results in a harmonious, traditional Ayurvedic tonic.

High-quality Ayurvedic ingredients
Bala (Sida cordifolia)
Bala is one of the most important plants in Ayurvedic medicine. Traditionally, it is used to support strength, endurance, regeneration, and mobility. In Ayurveda, Bala is considered a strengthening Rasayana and is particularly valued for physical exhaustion and to promote general well-being.
Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
Cardamom is one of the best-known Ayurvedic spices. It is traditionally used to support normal digestion and gives the herbal ferment a pleasant, spicy aroma.
Honey
In Ayurvedic teaching, honey serves as a natural carrier (Yogavahi) and supports the absorption of plant ingredients. At the same time, it ensures a harmonious taste.
Sugar cane
Sugar cane provides the natural basis for the traditional fermentation process and contributes to the development of the characteristic ingredients of Arishtam.
