Ingredients: Sesame oil*, coltsfoot*, arnica flowers*, gentian roots*, lady's mantle leaves*, hay flowers*, pine needles*, comfrey herb*, comfrey roots*, rosehip peel*, St. John's wort*, spruce needles (wild growth), stones from Säntis (which we borrow from the mountain and bring back regularly).
