Ashoka Arishta
With its tart, bitter, light, dry, cooling qualities, Ashoka bark reduces Pitta and Kapha. In this alcoholic dietary supplement, the aqueous Ashoka extract is combined with numerous other Ayurvedic ingredients. Arishtas are alcoholic food supplements made using a traditional self-fermentation process.
Ingredients:
Palm cane sugar, Dhathaki flower (Woodfordia fruticosa), aqueous extract from: Ashoka bark (Saraca asoka) 31%, Indian lungwort (Adathoda vasica), Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi), black cumin (Nigella sativa), ginger (Zingiber officinale), Chebulian myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), mango (Mangifera indica), Indian barberry (Berberis aristata), Cyprus grass (Cyperus rotundus), Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), green belerian myrobalan (Terminalia bellerica), preservative: benzoic acid 0.1%
Recommended consumption:
20 ml twice daily with the same amount of warm water.
The daily intake contains fermented extract of 12 g of Ashoka bark.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
