Eladi Keram – loosening & stimulating Ayurvedic body oil
Eladi Keram is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal oil based on Cocos nucifera (coconut oil). The formulation combines aromatic spice and root extracts with classic Ayurvedic ingredients, unfolding a stimulating yet nourishing spectrum of effects.
Due to its coconut oil base, Eladi Keram has a rather cooling fundamental characteristic, while spices like cardamom and cinnamon introduce an activating component. This creates a balancing blend of nourishment, freshness, and gentle stimulation.
Ideal for head and body massages – especially in warmer seasons or when a clarifying, refreshing application is desired.

Information about Ayurvedic herbal oils:
Oils play an essential role in many types of Ayurvedic treatments, whether for health maintenance or therapy.
As a first step, various plant ingredients are boiled in water according to the recipe. The cooking process continues until only a highly concentrated decoction remains. This decoction is then added to a base oil – usually sesame or coconut oil – and boiled further. A paste made from plant and mineral components is also added. The addition of ingredients, as well as the stirring of the oil, is accompanied by various mantras. The duration of oil production for a moderately complex recipe, for two people and 20 liters of oil, usually takes more than 12 hours.
According to Ayurvedic view and experience, the medicated oil is much easier for the human body to absorb and integrate into its own metabolism due to the long heating and stirring. The oil also takes on the properties of its ingredients and acts in a very subtle way.
