ECO Yoga Bolster – Comfort and Sustainability for Your Practice
The ECO Yoga Bolster made of 100% organic cotton with spelt filling is the ideal companion for a relaxed and comfortable yoga practice. Particularly popular in gentle yoga styles such as Yin Yoga , Restorative Yoga or Prenatal Yoga , it offers optimal support and promotes correct alignment during exercises. The ergonomic shape is perfect for backbends and stretching the chest.
The bolster consists of a removable cover made of high-quality organic cotton and a filling made of spelt husks from controlled organic cultivation (kbA). Thanks to the practical zipper, you can easily remove the cover and machine wash it at 30 degrees . The lining can also be removed as desired or refilled with additional spelt fillings.
