Ground Ceylon cinnamon
Real Ceylon cinnamon does not taste sweet, but rather enhances the sweetness of the other ingredients. It is therefore wonderfully suitable for sweet pastries and desserts. But it also attracts the sweet flavors of savory dishes such as braised beef, lamb skewers or cheese dishes.

Guna (quality): dry/ruksha, light/laghu, quick, sharp/tikshna
