Raita masala
Raita is definitely no longer a foreign word for you. This yoghurt/plant-based yoghurt-based side dish goes well with Indian and Western dishes. For a raita, which can also be made in many different variations, you take a little yogurt of your choice, cut/grate some cucumber into it and add a little raita masala and a little salt, stir it up and serve it on the table!
Ingredients:
Black Cardamom, Black pepper, cloves, cumin
After first opening, the spice lasts for about a year.
