Ayurveda massage oil
Pinda Thailam is a cleansing oil that has a cooling effect and lowers Pitta. It also has a protective function. It is often used for joints and muscles in combination with Ama and Pitta. It can be used well as potting oil for reducing kizhlis (but not suitable for the head).
Ingredients:
Sesame oil, castor oil, ghee, Strobilanthes herians, Hemidesmus indicus (sarsaparilla|clark dream herb), fermented grain water, Rubia cordifolia (dyer root|manjistha), beeswax
