Cardamom is an all-round spice that complements fish and meat as well as vegetable dishes and desserts. Green cardamom has a penetrating and very multifaceted taste with sweet, spicy, resinous and floral notes and citrus elements. The aroma profile is characterized by the herbaceous, eucalyptus-like cinol, which we also find in allspice, nutmeg or laurel.
