Whole organic cardamom

Cardamom (Elaichi, Ela), whose black-brown seeds ripen in green capsules, belongs to the Zingiberceae family, just like ginger and turmeric. The popular spice has the flavor (Rasa) spicy, sweet. All doshas, ​​Vata, Pitta and Kapha are balanced by cardamom. Agni is strengthened without increasing Pitta.
