Jeera Aloo Masala
Heat some oil/ghee in a frying pan, add some masala and add already cooked potato cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix well so that all the potatoes get a fine layer of the masala. Finally, you can add a squeeze of lemon and some salt, decorate with some fresh coriander and enjoy!
