Laddu - an Indian delicacy
Laddus are a very special delicacy that not everyone necessarily knows - but should definitely get to know. The main ingredient may sound unusual for a confection: chickpeas. Slowly roasting the chickpeas creates a wonderfully nutty aroma. Coconut oil and whole cane sugar round off the taste. Laddus are particularly popular in Ayurvedic teachings. Its goal is to strengthen people's mental and physical health through natural food and to contribute to a balanced constitution.
