Application:
Pour the contents of a bag into a cup of hot water - done.
Preventive:
Dissolve 1 to 2 packets of Samahan tea in boiling water every day.
Alternatively, in warm coffee or milk.
Acute:
Drink 3-5 packets daily throughout the day.
Children (up to 15 years old) each have half a portion.
