Grated cocoa
Dokeshi's 100% pure organic cocoa comes from the jungle of Guatemala and is grown, fermented and dried there in collaboration with the Adioesmac cooperative. Cocoa is a delicious alternative to coffee and contains no added sugar or other additives. It is wonderful as an addition to muesli, in smoothies or for baking and as a superfood it gives you energy without making you nervous.

Cocoa is not chocolate
Cocoa is a true superfood. It contains many minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron. It also contains the body's own happiness hormones dopamine, serotonin and tryptophan, which gives us butterflies in our stomachs and a pleasant feeling. Among other things, cocoa has an antioxidant effect, which means it frees free radicals and therefore has an anti-inflammatory effect. It also contains theobromine, which is similar to caffeine but much milder and longer lasting. This means there is no fluttering nerve feeling.
