Gluten-free cookies with chocolate and cashews
One of our absolute favorites - in the gluten-free Choco & Cashew Cookie, cheeky chocolate pieces meet cocoa nibs and crunchy cashews. A combination that makes you happy! The cookies are individually wrapped in a wooden foil that can be composted at home and in the garden.
Ingredients:
Corn starch*, dark chocolate* (22%, cocoa mass*, raw cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: lecithin*), beet sugar*, cashew nuts* 7%, unhydrogenated palm oil*, sunflower oil*, millet flour*, cocoa nibs* 3%, soy flour *, whole rice flour*, agave syrup*, low-fat cocoa powder*, thickener: guar gum*, sea salt, bourbon vanilla*, raising agent: sodium carbonate.
May contain traces of milk, sesame and almonds.
